English Available guesthouse

1. RUN aWAY guesthouse is owner's living place as well, so we do not provide entire house rental package.

2. All booking channel deposit is required (50% off your total amount and wire-transfer only) within 3 days after booking complete, booking within 3 days arrives have to pay full amount at once. Otherwise, we may cancel your booking due to over deadline of deposit, please see following information for bank account: Cathay Unite Bank, Code: 013, Account number: 201-506-082-086 . If you cancel the booking within the cancellation policy period after paying deposit, we will refund your deposit after deducting the bank transfer fee of $15~$30.

3. All offers、terms & conditions are base on official website, on-line travel agents and travel agency's bookings have to follow all terms & conditions from official web-site as well.

4. Regarding to personnel constraints, please make appointments with owner before arrives. If you show up without appointments, we will not guarantee you can check-in at that moment.  

5. Airport <-> RUN aWAY transfer services, offer to guests who book our Car or Motorcycle rental packages only. We provide one sedan for airport shuttle, if your numbers of guests or luggages over capacities of a sedan, need a second vehicle for transportations, please pay by your own account for extra vehicle. Transfer services between MaGong Ferry Port and RUN aWAY guesthouse, also need to book our Car or Motorcycle rental packages, but we stop transfer services from every April to September, even you book our vehicle rental package. 

6. Eco-friendly policy, RUN aWAY guesthouse will not provide dispensable amenities and housekeeping services during stay.

7. Children and Infant's amenities are not available. 

8. All rates from all channels are room only, no breakfast includes. 

9. Kitchen and washing machine are private not available for guests.

In-House :

1. Check-in time : after 15:00、Check-out time : before 11:00 (check-in must before 19:00, unless you take late flight after 19:00). Every April to September, check-out time is 10:00 (before).

2. Please show your ID and complete balance payment upon check-in, if not we have rights to reject your stay without return your deposits. 

3. Any illegal behavior is prohibited in the house, and once we found, will report to the police station under its jurisdiction.

4. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including inside the room and balconies. We will charge 2 nights rack rate of your room type for amercement if you smoke.

5. Furnitures and other items in each room, should not be moved arbitrarily. Any damages or losses during your stay due to this reason, compensation should be made according to the purchase price and business losses.

6. We will not responsible for the personal injured or belongings damages, caused by the guest's improper use or movement of the properties without the owner's consent.

7. At night (around 20:00), the water company may decompression water supply, only relies on the our three water tanks for water supply. During the peak bathing period, the water storage may be exhausted. This situation is due to the operation of the water company, we are also troubled, but sorry can not responsible for it.  

8. We will not provide dispensable amenities and housekeeping services during your stay.

9. Linens are provided according to the number of guests upon booking. Any additional requirements, cleaning fee will be charged.   Please see fees as following information:  A. Duvet with cover or Fitted sheet，$150/per sheet.  B. Pillow with case $100/per one.  C. Towel $50/per one.  D. Bathroom mat $50/per one. If you want to refresh linens during your stay, same fees will be charged as above. During high season, there is no guarantee that will be an excess number of linens can be rented. If you take towels out of guesthouse, it will be regarded as purchase.

10. Thin duvet available only.

11. One aged under 6 years old (0~5 years old) child, who do not occupy a bed is complimentary, one more under 6 over 12 years old child will be charged the same rate with the standard of over 6 years old. Children aged 6-11 who do not occupy a bed will be charged $300 per person per night.

13. If you book quadruple room with 2 or 3 guests, we will provide linens and amenities by the numbers of guests you booked.

14. Please check in according to the number of guests upon booking. If the number of guests exceeds the agreed number, we will refuse non-contracted guests to stay.

15. There are sofa beds in appointed room types. Sofa bed is a paid item, if guests using sofa bed without owner's consent, will charge $2,000/night.

16. There is no gas pipeline in Penghu, so we use electric water heater. However, we can not control the bathing time of each guest. During the rush hour of bathing, the temperature of hot water may insufficient, please be patient for it.

17. In order to ensure the privacy of guests and owner, visitors are not welcomed.

18. For the quality of the accommodations, please lower the volume at night and early in the morning.

19. Please keep your personal valuables with you, we will not be responsible for any losses.。

20. Please beware of restricted areas and facilities.
